Description

Update DEPS to document current state of the branch. These changes have no real effect since the official release is built from an external buildspec. I think it's wise to document what revisions we're using here also. A buildspec change will follow. Committed: http://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome?view=rev&revision=13830
