Roll libyuv 9107460..5a09c3e (1125:1130)

This unblocks rolling WebRTC, since it depends on
libyuv and cannot use the dependency to ppapi, which
was removed in https://code.google.com/p/libyuv/source/detail?r=1130.

I would like to get this in today to be able to roll WebRTC. I'll TBR Frank as I
chatted with him yesterday (he did r1130 for me).
