Add auth test to list of Chromoting browser-tests to be executed on Linux.

Add command line for launching Chromoting Auth browser-test.

Once https://codereview.chromium.org/639123010/ gets reviewed and landed, this
should be the last required step before Auth tests start running on the
Chromoting waterfall, on Linux.

This is for testing Authorzation with just 1 type of test account. Once it is
working reliably, we'll add other account types. Thanks.
