It looks like this summary was "TBD" in the internal file, as were several
others.  I appreciate you filling in the descriptions for these histograms, but
will ask you to split those changes off to a separate CL, so that this CL is
strictly just moving the existing lines of text from the internal repository to
the public one.  Thanks! :)
