Remove obsoleted interface for fallback font selection on Linux. Old interface is obsoleted by https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=55453 This is a sequel of the change: http://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome?view=rev&revision=77118 Pass around preferred language to font fallback selection.
