Description

WebUI Prefs: Expand freezing to intermediate subpages. Also fixes horizontal scrolling of the subpage shield, to match the other elements that don't scroll horizontally. BUG=63812 TEST=Open nested subpages; background subpages shouldn't scroll vertically. Committed: http://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome?view=rev&revision=76421
