Note:
   This switch could probably be used on ChromeOS (as you needed to modify
chrome/browser/chromeos/ ), but I do not see any way to set in on ChromeOS for
ordinary user.
   If you are planing to turn it on per-user basis, so that it would lead to
chrome restart on user session start, please also add it to
chrome/browser/about_flags.cc . This way we would get proper statistics on user
flags.
