What's with the TypeChecking attr? I don't think you need that.

Please keep using [TypeChecking=Inteface].

boundsInRootViewSpace() will now crash if you pass it {} as argument (or some
other non-Element object.)

Remove RaisesException, it doesn't use that argument. Also why you do have this
TypeChecking attr?

I see other places using ClientRectList have RaisesException and TypeChecking
and thought it is required.

They are removed now.
