ozone: evdev: Dispatch key events from gestures devices

This fixes keypresses on Logitech K400. There's no key repeat yet.

I think that's worse in this case because we can't control what is exposed by
libevdev.

We'd be using a std::bitset and an unsigned long[] within the same function, and
wouldn't be able to iterate over the base type anymore.
