The test was failing on Unity because we were not waiting for
DesktopWindowTreeHostX11::DelayedResize() to get run

Did you figure out why the tests were passing on the trybots/buildbots? (Were
they passing for some reason, or simply not running?)

I did not look into why the test was passing on the trybots. The test does pass
without this CL on Cinnamon though. (The trybots run OpenBox so I assume that
the test would pass if I ran it locally using the OpenBox window manager)
