Install lib64stdc++ in install-chroot.sh.

Install lib64stdc++ in install-chroot.sh.

Install lib64stdc++ to be used by 64bit goma inside 32bit env.

How about the solution like this?
If we do not think about supporting very old ubuntu, I think installing in
install-chroot is realistic solution.

a bit worrysome that lib64 version and :amd64 version coexists.

I think you should keep them consistent and use lib64stdc++6 here.
One day we should probably migrate all to <package>:amd64.
