Hi Lei,

The intent of this CL is different: to add the v2 web-app to build target
chromoting_integration_tests_run.

CL 657433002 adds a python wrapper that executes a set of browser-tests. We
require a wrapper not just to run v2 tests, but also different browser-tests.
For example, the Auth browser-test runs against 3 account types, and there is a
separate command line for each of them.
