Adding more webview browser tests to app_shell_browsertests.

This CL includes the following tests:
- WebViewAPITest.AcceptTouchEvents
- WebViewAPITest.EmbedderVisibilityChanged
- WebViewAPITest.GuestVisibilityChanged
- WebViewAPITest.ReloadEmbedder
