Update gl2ext header.

GL_KHR_blend_equation_advanced.

Could you update all headers? I think it's better if they stay in sync. Or did
none of the other headers change?

For GLES2/gl2.h that would only change the timestamps, I'll add that just so
that the files are in sync.

No changes to the EGL headers.

No changes to KHR/khrplatform.h since that doesn't get generated by the
genheaders.py script.

Note that in patchset #4 I had to make a small addition to the gl2ext header to
get this to build on the mac trybots (OSX 10.6 opengl header conflict). Also had
to drop "const" from GLDEBUGPROCKHR to get it to build on windows trybots.

Should I mention this in the README.chromium file? I noted that some of the
existing hacks to the header weren't documented there (patchsets #2 and #3), so
I didn't add this.

Yes, please add it. We try to be complete with the description of the changes.
