Can you do:
core_global_constructors_generated_idl_files += [
  "$blink_core_output_dir/${interface}CoreConstructors.idl"
]
instead? Your temporary will actually outlive the scope of this loop which will
pollute the global namespace.

Also: indent only 2 spaces.
