I recommend testing this change locally using this command: "./commit_queue.py
--fake --no-try --project chromium"

Let it cycle for a while and then ctrl-c.

I tried this now, and after creating a .gaia_pwd that it complained about, I
got:

F:\commit-queue>commit_queue.py --fake --no-try --project chromium
Failed to find commit-queue-internal; will fail to start!
Usage: commit_queue.py [options]

commit_queue.py: error: .gaia_pwd is missing. Please read workdir/README.

I need another checkout?

ah, ok now I did it, but I get the following error. Are you sure this works on
Windows, AFAIK CQ only works on linux and maybe mac?
