Update the Quickoffice manifests with 32.93.1611.7

This CL updates the Quickoffice manifest files corresponding to the
component extension update. This lifts the version to 32.93.1611.7

This update delivers a required UMA fix (crbug 313725)

this is newer and the referenced one hadn't made it to submission yet.

Hint: to commit bypassing trybots you can add 'NOTRY=true' in CL description

http://dev.chromium.org/developers/contributing-code/direct-commit). In case of
trivial changes like this makes sense and anyway these manifests are used only
in official builds but all Chromium try-bots not official.
