Looks innocuous enough, lgtm.

Out of principle, be careful if you're going to land it on a friday evening. 
I'd say land this next monday, but if things are really on fire then send an
email out to chrome-troopers@, land it, and check back on it in 30 minutes to
make sure things are okay.
