Tweak the highlight color for extensions in the extension list

Change from 238, 238, 238 to 250, 250, 250 (#FAFAFA).

Dan, please take a look.  I'd also like your opinion on whether or not this is
simply "too light" (to my untrained eyes, it looks too similar to the white
background, but UI folks usually know better).
