Remove broken szdiff tests.

Remove broken szdiff tests.

szdiff is an approximate match tool used in early tests. When
Subzero's bitcode reader tests already exist for failing cases of
szdiff, remove the broken tests.

LGTM.

For the record, I'm in favor of phasing out szdiff entirely.  Its original
purpose was to be able to effectively test the building of high-level ICE for
the first giant CL.  Now that gets tested much more deeply and effectively and
so I think its time has passed and it's more trouble than it's worth.
