Isn't this a regression? We want to use ScriptWrappable's virtual toImpl() as
much as possible.

For v8::ArrayBuffer and its view, it's possible that the internal pointer is
null, and we cannot simply call internalPointer->toImpl<T>().

I'll revisit this point later.  Let me go on with this code for now.
