Why are you changing this function? isEnclosingBoxHasLeftToRightDirection isn't
proper english.

Since |TextDirection| has two values, |LTR| and |RTL| only. I'm not sure why we
write |direction() == LTR| rather than |isLTR()|. 

leviw@, Could you explain? I guess it relates RTL handling.
