How do you come to that conclusion?  It starts somewhere, but the
timeout is random, so it could be way before that range?

Just looking at

It didn't timeout until the revision I mentioned, and then it's timed out 6
times since.  It's possible the timeout started a bit before then. I agree it's
flaky.  It's also possible this is aura related.  I think we need a bug.

The bug was created with the TestExpectations update.  Except I didn't
see an apparent offender so probably the description is vague.  Feel
