Remove failing expectation on CSS3DBlueBox.

This pixel test is now passing on the bots, after a hardware change
to use the same GPU on all systems.

All of the machines have been upgraded per Issue 416728 and I've verified that
the previously failing test is passing on all of those bots. Thanks for cleaning
