Added unit tests for gpu libraries to build.
Renamed gpu test target to be consistent with other Chrome tests.

I want to get the gpu unit tests building and running on the win, linux and mac
trybots and the buildbots. I added the target to the dependencies of the 'All'
target to check that it builds on all platforms. It's probably not the right
place. Can you let me know where the gpu_tests dependencies ought to actually go
in the gyp files and how to go about getting them running as part of the build?

The tests run in under 2 seconds on my box. They shouldn't need anything special
installed on the machines where they run. They aren't dependent on OpenGL. I
didn't add them to the Chrome unit tests because they aren't dependent on
Chrome. In terms of dependencies, they're similar to the ipc tests.

Don't worry about adding it to buildbot. I can do it. just ping me when this
change is committed.
