The naming of this file confused me at first, I wasn't sure what it was core to.
I thought maybe to the bindings system, but realized it's the bindings file for
the Mojo core APIs.

This might be automatically cleared up if the bindings system itself is moved
out of this directory, and the directory contains only bindings files.

Yeah.  I agree that we should separate the mojo-specific bindings from the more
generic pieces.
