Roll LGTM

There are a few comments on the original change though:
- Typo: "This is need"
- Nit: Can use calloc instead of malloc+memset(,0,)

A revert of this CL (patchset #1 id:1) has been created in
https://codereview.chromium.org/595343003/ by thestig@chromium.org.

The reason for reverting is: Broke TSANv2 builder:

breakpad/src/client/linux/minidump_writer/minidump_writer.cc:554:37: error: use
of undeclared identifier 'time'
    header.get()->time_date_stamp = time(NULL);.

(This is probably broken on tsan due to it using libc++ instead of libstdc++;
you likely just need to add a few more includes to make things go)
