I believe that Peter (correct me if I'm wrong) was asking for description
clarification even if the message didn't change per UX.

i.e. Here you would add, "If this option is selected, the existing file will not
be replaced and no additional download will occur."

It turned out that 'no thanks' means 'create new file'. With the updated UI
string, the message is more self-explanatory, so I don't think I need to add
additional description. Please correct me if it still needs one.
