Hm, I'm not sure I like that this is injected into dependents.
all_dependent_settings is something that should generally be avoided. I think
it'd be better if the top-level jars just specified this on their own.

I'm not a huge fan of that either, another alternative would be to have another
.gypi that set main_class... but idk, for now I'd just stick with having to
manually specify it on top-level junit targets.
