nit:
|explicit WebCredential()| above and this operator= look inconsistent.
We need an explicit constructor to create WebCredential with PlatformCredential.
    WebCredential web = WebCredential(platform);
But we don't need explicit conversion to assign.
    web = platform;

Is this intentional?
