Add win8_chromium_rel to the default set of try jobs.

Since the CQ runs this bot, git cl try should too.

I don't think this CL is working as is, trying to grok the
GetPreferredTryMasters method if that's the problem. (I think git cl try should
include win8 on this CL if I fixed it right?)
