The content of the scroller needs to be full-height because I couldn't find a
better method of detecting scroll-bars that doing a hit-test near the edge of
the scroller <div> and seeing whether it returns the scroller or its content. If
the content is not full-height, the bottom hit-test will (almost) always return
the scroller. If you can think of a better approach, I'd love to hear it.
