Test are failing due to concurrent CL. Disabling those until they are
fixed.

this is not how you disable tests in Android. You need to 
  import org.chromium.base.test.util.DisabledTest;
and then add an
  @DisabledTest
to the test case. Finally you should also add a reference to the bug in the
comment.
