This histogram was renamed a while ago :(

You mentioned that this histogram was renamed.  Is there an older name that
should be marked as <obsolete>?

I honestly don't know. I'm just debugging a crash and found the code... It sits
under InputRouterImpl so I imagine Input Router, but I don't know what's the
other 'I'. I just copied the description from the older name (and now it is
marked as obsolete).

Fair enough.  Well, thanks for updating the description in histograms.xml,
