Remove "Move window to..." from gear menu.

Remove "Move window to..." from gear menu.

This CL removes:
- "Move window to..." menu item from the gear menu.
- Remove APIs fileBrowserPrivate.onProfileAdded and fileBrowserPrivate.onDesktopChanged as they are used only for updating gear menu.
- Remove corresponding tests.
