ozone: Remove CursorFactoryOzone::SetCursor, GetCursorWindow

ozone: Remove CursorFactoryOzone::SetCursor, GetCursorWindow

Use PlatformWindow::SetCursor instead of CursorFactoryOzone::SetCursor.
The GetCursorWindow() function becomes an implementation detail of the
DRI platform.
