Lower media::RendererImpl DVLOG level by 1.

Most of these events are infrequent yet very useful when debugging.

I find --v=2 to produce too much spam.

This is what I use:
1: error/unusual cases
2: important events like init/flush/end
3: frequent events like time update, frame ready, etc.

Usually I use --vmodule=renderer_impl*=2 so it's fine. But since you use --v=2
and this is giving you too much spam, I am fine with this change.
