In Dart, it is possible to define compile-time constants from the command line:

const String.fromEnvironment("CLIENT_ID")

However, passing in one option is even easier:

* Change the declaration of main to "main(List<String> arguments)"

* Extract the single command-line argument with "arguments.single".
