I stopped the CQ.  Can you change this to be Canary only for now?  Since dev is
still 38, we've been asked to wait until it moves to 39 before turning the
switch there.

Right now is Canary and Unknown (== Developer Builds) being updated.

Dev channel would be unaffected, i.e. QTKit still.
