PTAL. When I said "it's the last CL" in my last CL... well never mind.

Apparently gclient sync doesn't fetch the remotes of subprojects.

This is going to run into the same problem as before (need to fetch to cache,
then fetch to repo)

Seeing how gclient's only reason for existence is to fetch subprojects.... I
think theres something else wrong here.

talked offline, i see the problem - because we want to find revisions AFTER the
DEPS revision, gclient sync doesn't fetch it.  There might be something we need
to fix in roll-deps, but this is okay for now.
