Send Android accessibility event when object location changes

Send Android accessibility event when object location changes.

Note that the LOCATION_CHANGED event isn't explicitly handled, it just gets mapped to a WINDOW_CONTENT_CHANGED event on Android.

Is the location change fired for a root of a subtree or for each node
in that subtree that changed location when a node is moved or scrolled?

It's fired for every node.

We should probably do something smarter and not fire the content changed on
everything.
