Allow requesting a copy of a surface.

Instead of requesting a layer, a copy of the entire surface is requested. Actually handling the request isn't implemented yet.

Guessing semantics are it gets a copy of whichever frame is the most recent
eligible frame on the surface when the next draw is?

Right, that's what I'm thinking for now. Another option is to force a draw (on a
temporary display) if this frame is replaced with a new one without being drawn.
