@xhwang, Damien is indeed creating a new media dir and adding a new DEPS file.
The fact that you saw a diff is due to the quirkiness of Rietveld's (or maybe
git cl upload) similarity feature. :-)

I didn't remove any dependency: it is not the same file.
It's the chromium rietvield that detects my file is close enough to another file
and uses it as the baseline for differences.
