All of the callers I can find today are either android-specific or in
browser-specific code, so I'm a little suspicious that this'll work.  Please
test and report back.

Yes, for Linux it requires this change to land:
https://codereview.chromium.org/52403002/, which enables AmountOfPhysicalMemory
to be called from within the Sandbox.  This had landed, but unfortunately got
reverted for doing IO on a non-IO thread (something I've fixed in the reland
CL).

I've tested it on Linux, Android, Mac and Windows, and AmountOfPhysicalMemory
gives the correct result on all platforms (after the aforementioned CL is
applied).
