Fix AndroidRndisForwarder.

Fix AndroidRndisForwarder.

It's trying to use a member variable which doesn't exist, and thus throwing an
exception every time it's used.

The brokenness was introduced by r290923 (
https://codereview.chromium.org/404803003/ ).
