It doesn't seem right though; see src/heap/gc-idle-time-handler.cc:29.  We
should either clamp to INT_MAX or use INTPTR_MAX there.

Clamping to INT_MAX seems better to me. Uploaded new patch set.

The multiplication causes undefined behavior on int overflow. I landed a proper
fix in v8 revision 23248.
