Why not suppress clientX etc completely, since it has a custom implementation?
Then can avoid the __ prefix.

Unfortunately we're still generating dart:_blink from the same scripts, and I
need to dart:_blink entry points.  I don't know of good existing mechanism to
suppress something from dart:html and not dart:_blink (suggestions welcome if
you know of a way to do this).  I could implement something to do this, but
since we're moving blink out of those scripts Real Soon Now, and since I'd like
to get this fix in 1.6, I'd prefer to just use this approach for now.
