This is impossible to effectively review.

To the extent you're not introducing any backdoors to the infrastructure, this
LGTM. Everything else is assumed that you JUST moved code.

One thing I did to verify was run the tests before and after, and make sure that
the sorted list of tests run was the same. (To guard against having
inadvertently deleted tests).
