update experimental SKP expectations using the new tool

Committing TBR.  Here's how I created these new expectations:

1. Start with two Git checkouts ("blue" and "white"), both clean and synced to
https://skia.googlesource.com/skia/+/3144d37e5ffcf3f75c39fb938258e4e6b6694ac9

2. In the "blue" workspace (where we will run the server), "make tools" and then
run the server:
  gm/rebaseline_server/server.py \
    --builders '.*Mac10.6.*' --boto ~/.boto \
    --truncate --threads 4

NOTE THAT I AM USING --truncate FOR NOW, JUST TO KEEP THESE DIFFS AT A
MANAGEABLE SIZE.

3. Bring up the rebaseline_server UI in a browser:
http://127.0.0.1:8888/static/live-view.html#live-view.html?setBSection=actual...

NOTE THE EXTRA "experimental%2F" IN setADir; THAT'S BECAUSE I WANTED TO MODIFY
THE EXPERIMENTAL EXPECTATIONS INSTEAD OF THE REAL ONES.

4. Show all resultTypes, and set "Max records to display" to 2000

5. Select all tests, and move them to the Pending Approval tab.

6. Switch to the Pending Approval tab.  Show the "advanced settings", and
uncheck "reviewed-by-human".  Click on the "Get a patchfile" button.

7. Wait a little bit, maybe watching the server-side log

8. When the "Here is the patch" textbox pops up, click on the "Click here to
download that patch as a text file" link.  Your browser should download it to a
local patch.txt file.

9. In the "white" workspace (where we will commit new expectations), patch in
the diffs you just downloaded:
~/src/skia-skia/white/skia$ patch -p1 <~/Downloads/patch.txt

10. "git commit" those changes and upload them for review.
