Note that I haven't moved the dialogs themselves. For the most part, it makes no
difference, but if the window size is small, having the dialogs inside the
scroller means that they can be scrolled up to access the Close button if
necessary. It's a bit fiddly though, because the screen itself eats scroll wheel
events, so you have to scroll while the mouse is over the dialog. I'm open to
suggestions for how to make this cleaner.
